Dr. Regina G. Russell
Keynote Speaker
Regina G. Russell PhD MA MEd is executive director, evaluation and effectiveness, senior consultant, AI for nursing education at the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, and associate professor in the Health Promotion, Populations, and Health Systems faculty community. Dr. Russell is a social scientist and evaluator working at the intersection of organizing and learning in health sciences education. She focuses on the measurement of individual and organizational performance to help drive learning and educational quality improvement. She has three decades of experience in higher and professional education and graduate degrees in higher education, sociology, and public administration. Dr. Russell is part of the VUSN Center for Research Development and Scholarship, the VU Center for Research on Inequality and Health, and the VU Data Science Institute.
